How to use Click & Collect:
Once you select your product/s and you’re ready to checkout, hit the cart button and your shopping cart will be brought up. Please be sure that your home address is within Metro Manila, otherwise the Click & Collect option will not show up. At the delivery option, you will be able to select your preferred store.
Please note: Click & Collect is offered to the stores with available stock.
The next step, pay and complete your order, that’s it! The store will pick your order and get them ready for collection during the store opening hours.
Orders are usually ready for collection within 4 hours of purchase or as soon as the store opens the next day if you purchase past 5pm or outside store hours. Please note that during busy promotional sales and weekends, your order may take longer than 4 hours.
Just head straight to the Welcome Desk with your confirmation email/order ID and our teammates will happily assist you.
