Have you encountered these errors while checking-out?:


  • “Oops! Some products are not available as part of this order, please place a separate order for these item(s).”
  • “Unfortunately due to fulfillment limitations, please remove this product and add it to a separate order to make your order possible.”


Here’s why:


For online orders, we currently have five Fulfillment Centers which are Alabang, Pasig, and Masinag, North EDSA, and Pasay branches. The system designates a center where majority of your orders are available.


The prompt "Fulfillment Limitation" will appear if a certain item is not available in the designated center. Therefore, you will be asked to remove the item from your cart to be able to proceed with your order.

You will need to place two separate orders. If your order originally doesn’t have a shipping fee, just send us a screenshot of this and we’ll be happy to provide you with a free shipping voucher after placing your first order.
