Online orders can be returned in 2 ways: in-store and online.
In-store: Just visit the nearest Decathlon store to you and our lovely team will be happy to help you.
Online: Follow the steps below if you prefer to file a return/refund online:
- Log in to your account at www.decathlon.ph.
- Click on Account > Order & Returns
- Click Online Orders > Return Product
- Select the item you want to return and input your reason.
Our Post-Purchase Team will contact you within 48 hours regarding the return process. Please be advised that you are reliable for your shipment unless we have honored shipping on our end.
Once your parcel has arrived back at our Headquarters, we will issue your refund back into your original method of payment. Please note your refund can take 3 - 10 business days to reflect in your account.
