In the rare circumstance that the item delivered to you was damaged, we would like you to take photos immediately and file a claim using your account.
- Log in to your account at www.decathlon.ph.
- Click Account, then Orders & Returns.
- Click Online Orders, then choose Return Product
- From the pop-up, select your Reason for Return and you may enter additional information on the text box. Click Next.
- Choose the Mode of Return then click Place Return.
We will then proceed on a case-by-case basis, generally investigating the matter to find out where and why this incident was caused along the delivery process.
Our team will contact you within 48 hours regarding the process to obtain possible replacement.
