In some cases, if the courier was unable to deliver your parcel, it'll automatically be sent back to our warehouse.


Some of the reasons why the courier returns the parcel to us are due to:


  • Incomplete address
  • The recipient is unreachable
  • Damaged packages
  • Incomplete multiple cartons for an order
